“This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept with lots of floral flowers and unique shrubbery. The cottage is well kept clean with modern updates. The host is very accommodating with extra amenities and generous with extra supplies you may forget. The host is also diligent in making sure your stay is comfortable and reassuring that she is readaly available if you need her. 5 stars!”

“Robert was very thorough in meeting us for the tour of his beautiful property when we first got to the house. Everything was labeled and easy to look for the things we needed during our stay . For my brother-in law’s bachelor party he and 11 of us guys had more than enough room to spread out for this trip. This trip consisted of fishing, campfires, and going out on the beautiful kayaks to look at the beautiful Sodus bay. My brother in law even went on to say that one night he’d rather stay in……

“Amanda and Brian are outstanding hosts. The home was clean and well prepared and their communication was excellent. Swimming in Lake Ontario was great and having the boat to travel throughout the bay was fun. We went to Captain Jack's and were able to bring our dog to Pier 53 for off island meals and activity. Anchored at the sand bar multiple times to swim. Great vacation!”

“We had a fantastic comfortable stay for RIT graduation weekend with extended family members ranging from 3 years to 90 years old! There’s abundant comfortable seating in multiple areas to accommodate visiting and the grounds, sports barn, and pool provided every opportunity for activity for those who needed it. Pantry and kitchen were well-stocked with appliances and cookware for meal preparation for our large group of 15. Out in the country, but no need to leave if you plan ahead and bring……
