“距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!”

“The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. “Appartement spacieux et refait à neuf. Très bien à situé à deux minutes à pied des rives du lac et des restaurants et glaciers. Le nombre de places de parking est réduit mais suffisant lors de notre visite. Espace piscine très agréable.
L'absence de micro-onde est dommageable. Pour information, l'enregistrement et la récupération des clés s'effectue à l'albergo Lenno (à 3 minutes) où l'accueil fut polyglotte et très courtois.

“Our stay was lovely! Hosts were great and extremely responsive and helpful. The views were awesome. If you're accustomed to driving on tiny roads, having a rental car would be perfect as groceries and food options are generally in other towns. There are a few hiking trails in Brienno that take you through the old part of the town with deteriorating buildings which was very cool to see. Great place to stay!”

“Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. “On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. “We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake.
We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep.
The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic.
I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old

“Our stay in this Stresa apartment was delightful. Gabriella greeted us personally, and was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet, relatively remote location (uphill away from the city center), and also access to a beautiful trail to the town that kept us from having to walk on the narrow, curvy roads. We couldn't get enough of the view from the sitting room and wraparound deck. Of the three rentals we had on our trip, this was our favorite.”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
