Amazing hotel. It has a very cute courtyard. Stayed in a city view room but should have picked a courtyard room for better views instead. Since our stay happened to be during the festival weekend, it was almost like a maze to drive through and find a way to the property as many roads were blocked but other than that it was such a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great too.

Nous sommes très contents de découvrir cet bel hôtel à Sóller. Tout était parfait, le service est impeccable, très très propre et j’ai beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était grande, lumineuse , wifi marche très bien, le lit est confortable. Nous avons réservé pour le sauna, c’était juste magnifique!! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, il y a beaucoup de choix (salé, sucré, boisson), aussi beaucoup de produits locaux. L’emplacement est tout proche de marché de Sóller, dés fois trouver le parking est un peu compliqué.

Das Hotel hat 100 Punkte verdient! Wir haben niemals und nirgendwo eine vergleichbar gute Erfahrung mit einem Hotelaufenthalt gemacht - und zwar in jeder Hinsicht. Da wäre zunächst die Einrichtung und das Ambiente des Hotels - nicht nur gemütlich, sondern spanisch modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und auf besondere Weise be- und ausgeleuchtet: Als wir die Zimmertür öffneten, haben wir uns sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die unangestrengte und durchgängige Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals hat diesen Eindruck dann nur noch verstärkt: Hier arbeiten Menschen, denen die Gäste am Herzen liegen und die immer und zu jeder Zeit freundlich und zugewandt waren. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung! Auch von Bedeutung ist die im gesamten Hotel vorfindbare Sauberkeit - auch hier ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die dazu beigetragen haben. Ich hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und bekam ganz unerwartet ein kleines Ständchen gesungen und dazu einen Kuchen mit einer Kerze und erlesenem Gebäck auf einem der typischen Olivenholzbrettchen überreicht - das war toll! Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass das Hotel sich wunderbar in den zauberhaften Ort Sollér einfügt und alles fußläufig erreichbar ist, was das Städtchen ausmacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick und es war Vorsaison, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Die hoteleigene Außenanlage mit Pool, Liegestühlen sowie Tischen und Stühlen wurde von den Gästen so gut wie gar nicht genutzt.

Nice brand new hotel

The basic room on Hotels.com mentions balcony and city views - there was no balcony on the ground floor and the city view was pretty much the wall across the road. The hotel is brand new, so everything is in perfect condition, however there as some flaws in design, like the extractor in the bathroom does not get the steam out efficiently (or wasn't working at all), there is no socket next to the main desk, the ambient music from the lounge and the toilet there travels through the vents into some of the rooms. On the positive side - the rooms look good, quite spacious, the breakfast offers quite good quality and diversity (although the queue to the coffee machine that is in an awkward location is pretty annoying and the quality of the coffee of the milk there is pretty mediocre), the staff are nice and polite and helpful. The location is very close to the main central square. The garden that wasn't much in use in winter must be nice to have breakfast or a drink in warmer months.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Wonderful stay. The rooms at the hotel had a great aesthetic while also being very functional. The hotel staff were amazing and gave us many recommendations for hikes we could go on around the area. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Soller which made it incredibly convenient to get around even without a car.

The best experience on our road trip on Mallorca !

One of these few hotels where you feel more than welcome from the first step into the reception and until you have left. Everything was very nice, well kept, perfectly cleaned and the rooms were silent. If I could have rated more I would have done so. We will definitely go there again.
