“They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. “This was a gorgeous, spacious home for our group of 17. Check-in was a breeze and our extended family had an awesome get-together. We appreciated the different common spaces both inside and outside. The lake access was great (though the last bit of the path was a little too steep for some our oldest). The nearby Amnicon Falls State Park was beautiful and very accessible.Kitchen-wise: Two coffee pots and the extra frig/ freezer in the guest house came in handy. The grill was a little tricky to……

“Beautiful property. Can't think of a thing the house didn't have readily available. Kids enjoyed fishing every day, and then spent all their cash at the bait shop and candy store in Hayward. The Fishing Hall of Fame and mini golf were great diversions when it was a little too windy for fishing or paddling. Excellent communication with the host throughout. Highly recommend this property for a wonderful lakeside retreat.”
