“This cabin was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. This property is right in town and convenient to quickly get to the shops and attractions. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. ”

“By far the best cabin we’ve stayed in - very clean, necessities stocked, perfect view and access to the lake. Woke to the song of the loons, watched the eagles fish and the otters swim from the porch. Oh and the fishing wasn’t bad either! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. A big thanks to hosts for sharing a little piece of paradise.”

“Excellent overall, just as described in listing and other reviews. Great communication. We loved the deck, used the kayaks and grill and enjoyed the shared community park/picnic space. Neighboring properties are close but everyone was friendly, respectful, and the trees and lake still felt secluded. ”

“Clean modern cabin with all the little things you need. The kitchen area has enough appliances to make meals, and there is a vacuum and fan in the living area. The peace and quiet was amazing and took a little time for this city girl to get used to. I ran into deer just hanging out on the trail to my cabin. I will recommend to anyone who wants to go about 50% rustic, with a cabin with electricity, but can live without full plumbing.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the Amnicon lodge! Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. I did not see this listed in the description, but it wasn’t really an issue for us; just good information for future guests!”

“They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!”

“Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!”

“Great place for a getaway! The kids caught plenty of fish off the dock and had a lot of fun playing at the beach area. We rented the pontoon which was very clean and everything worked great. Cabin was fully stocked and clean (high chair, bed rails, pack and play for the littles) and great communication with hosts. Can’t wait to return! ”
