“What an adorable tree house! Would definitely stay here again for a short stay. Be aware, if you need the full bathroom/shower, it is in the hosts private residence, upstairs. We thought it would be more secluded, like in their house but away from their living spaces, but it was down the hall near their bedrooms. It was fine, we just weren’t comfortable invading their private space that much so we didn’t use it. Still, wonderful host, very comfortable, cozy, and unique experience. The kids……

“This was the most amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the decorating is top notch. Everything was perfect and made my stay so enjoyable. The view is gorgeous and I loved sitting out on the patio in the afternoon and evening. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful everything was. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close to anything you may need. I had trouble with the door lock (my fault) when I came back from dinner and messaged Doug and Malissa. They responded……

“The pictures honestly don't do it justice. Gorgeous cabin with a rustic look on the outside, but luxury on the inside. It was everything I was hoping it would be. The hot tub was divine!! The host was so easy to talk to as well and put this first time Vrbo user at ease.”

“Wonderful whimsical weekend stay. We felt like we'd landed at Hagrids Hut, surrounded by the forbidden forest. 10 out of 10 highly recommend for somw off grid shenanigans. Beautiful marked trails to explore through old wood growth and marshlands with wildlife galore.”

“We had an amazing time. The kids never left the beach area. Plenty of things to do from paddleboat, to kayaks, to just regular swimming. Fun for all ages! The views are beautiful. One of the best vacations we ever had as a family. The host was very accommodating and responsive! We loved it here. Definitely a spot to come back to. ”

“This was a last minute Labor Day weekend reservation. The home was exactly what we were looking for, relaxation and fun on the lake. Barry was very responsive to our inquiries and even had the house ready for us to check in early. There was plenty of room for us to dock our 2 jet skis. The home was clean and comfortable, the lake was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. We had a great experience.”
