“Nice little spot down the canal from Wamplers. Short distance from Jerry’s Bar and restaurant as well. Eric was very prompt with communication and the patio was a good place to grill(charcoal) and relax. ”

“It was a cold and dreary weekend, but warm and cozy in front of the fireplace at this home. We had a wedding in this town and was able to visit and gather with family and friends at this home and at the wedding. Communication with host was adequate. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans and even a full supply of spices. There are no overhead lights in this house. More lamps, stand lights brighter lightbulbs would be helpful.”

“The whole place is so well set up, it had everything we needed. It's very cute and comfortable, and has spots to sit inside, on the porch, by the firepit and under the treehouse. They have thought of everything, we highly recommend this charming place”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time, from pulling up in an epic lightning storm that we enjoyed on the porch to sitting on the rocking bench near the lake enjoying the water and swans nesting. My partner kayaked both days, while I lounged and enjoyed the excellent kitchen (remember to bring your own Tupperware/plastic wrap). It’s a delightful house and the hosts were so welcoming. Only thing to note is there are scented sheets and towels, so if scent sensitivity is an issue, bring some scent……

Our only recommendation is that the owners deep clean the BBQ grill. We love to grill and cooked chicken on the grill one evening, noticed that it badly needed cleaning. But that’s it - a terrific house!”

“The facility is very nice. The only drawback to the facility is that it does not have an elevator. I had rooms on the second floor and, because they were booked solid for the weekend, were not able to change my rooms. If anyone has problems with mobility, they need to be sure to request a first floor room.”

“My friend and I checked into the hotel at night after a long day of driving. We only stayed the night, but we had excellent service and check-in support with Bill, the front desk attendant. Of all the hotels we stayed in along our route home, this was by far the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest hotel. Even the continental breakfast was surprisingly good, more variety and hot foods than other hotels had offered. The atmosphere was family-friendly, the location was safe and near lots of big box……
