Check in at the hotel at 1:30 in the afternoon, the front desk said that it was not until 3:00, so I couldn't check in because there was no clean room。 Later, She suddenly changed his mind and asked her to check if there was a clean room. I told the front desk that because the hotel is close to the highway on one side and the road too much car go away for whole day on the other side, which side is a little quieter? Can I live on the quieter side? The front desk actually disagreed and arranged for me at a noisy intersection So give the hotel a bad review because the employee is too bad

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. However, that didn’t make up for my overall negative experience with the place. When I walked into my room, I noticed that the floor was not clean at all. I had two young children with me who love to play on the floor, so I had to rush to the dollar store to buy cleaning products to disinfect the entire room. I mopped the floor about five or six times before I gave up on getting it clean. The walls were also stained with unknown substances. The person who lived across from me constantly had loud arguments. I was there for almost two weeks and had to get towels from the front seat twice because there were no housekeeping rules. The worst part of my stay was when the alarm system went off while we were all asleep. This location is suitable if you don’t mind staying for an extended period at a motel. I would recommend calling it the Wood Spring Motel or Apartments.

The 2 peoples at the front desk where disrespectfully and I decide to cancel it because I did not felt safe They told me that I could it been doing fraud with card just by the race that i am, I was there with my wife and our 3 Kids, And one of them told me bad word, And overall I was treated Very Bad, I also called the police to have a case Number.

The room was a suite with a kitchen and there was no dish soap, no sponge, no ice trays, the floor was extremely dirty, and the toilet was dirty. When we told the front desk about the dirty toilet the only cleaning supplies they had was a wash cloth that they sprayed some disinfectant onto. They also do not have hand towels in the entire hotel. Not something they provide. They only have bath towels and wash cloths. They only supply the room with two towels in total so you have to ask for extra if you need one for your hair. Hotel is inexpensive but, they could absolutely do better with the cleaning.
