“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. “Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein eigener Pool und dann noch der See direkt um die Ecke machen das Objekt wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Der Vermieter Herr Castellazzo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check- in und -out war unkompliziert. Ich hatte einen Hund dabei, der den Urlaub auch sehr genoss. Der riesige Strand vor der Tür war für Hunde erlaubt, auch im See baden war für ihn möglich. Im Haus ist eine steile Treppe, die für meinen schon älteren Hund……
