Comfortable but shall be cleaner
"The location is great and the bed is very comfortable. I love this hotel but the housekeeper didn't clean the room throughly. I found out 1 opened water can left on the floor when I entered the room. The housekeeping manager emailed me to apologize. Hope they will clean the rooms throughly"

"We liked the great location and friendly and helpful staff. Good dining options too. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We really would have liked an air conditioner in our room though."
