“Great space, pool fantastic, location just what we wanted”

“El apartamento está genial, tiene todo lo necesario, dos habitaciones, dos baños, es cómodo, con una buena terraza. La piscina exterior y el parque infantil están muy bien, toda la urbanización está muy cuidada. Hay plaza de parking en el interior de la urbanización y en el exterior hay sitio de sobra. El coche es imprescindible. Playa y supermercado a 10min. Volveremos”

“Property could do with a some maintenance and updating, outside area is very nice, pool is overlooked and not heated so refreshing (24* in May) It is up in the hills so you need to be fit to walk to the beach.”

“The host as a villa with an amazing view full stop The villa is advertised as 5 bedrooms not the case there are four furnished bedrooms not 5 When we contacted the host she said there was 5 . The fifth one was a storage cupboard there was a pull up bed in the wardrobe with no linen and the room was in a poor state and not big enough to be classed as a bedroom also no air conditioning The villa itself in its day would have been fabulous but is know tired and worn out some tlc is……

“We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment. Pictures will tell the story but the mixer tap in the bathroom only ran hot, no plugs and the toilet brush was horrible.……

“This is a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Lots of nice extra touches such as spare towels, tea towels, and Slippers and bathrobes , first aid kit etc. The view was amazing and the property nicely located a short walk from the center of Mojácar Pueblo. Excellent bus connections to the beach and to other local towns and cities. It really has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in.”
