Not bad but not great.
"The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is very close to the interstate and the room we stayed in was noisy. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and there was a light right outside our window that was shining in bright all night."

"The Seedling, was such a an incredible find for our family’s weekend stay! The location, the home, the decor, all *chef’s kiss*! It’s walkable to downtown Edwardsville, less than 10 minutes from SIUE’s campus, and great access to nearby suburbs. Definitely recommend this home AND checking out Sacred ..."

"We stayed for 3 nights and we were very comfortable!! Because of wind we didn’t get to use outside fire pit, but everything was supplied had we been able too. Would definitely stay here again. Don’t let the one run down property on the road in deter you. Great clean little place"
