Double Room 'Matrimoniale Vicino Al Mare' with Sea View, Shared Pool and Shared Terrace

The double room near the sea in Platamona is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. You have Wi-Fi, but there is no air conditioning. This solution is perfect if you want to spend a peaceful stay in a privileged location close to the beach.

Enjoy the convenience of a shared kitchen in this vacation rental. Outside, a pool (available from June through the end of September), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower are available for guests to use.

The house is located in the private village of Selva, where guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach. The property is ideally situated for exploring the region, with Alghero just 46 km away and Alghero Fertilia Airport 40 km away. Other nearby destinations include Castelsardo (20 km), Porto Torres (10 km), Sassari (12 km), and the stunning La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, located 44 km from the villa.

Please note that quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm.

The host personally takes care of the pool cleaning every day to ensure guests have the best possible experience.
