“Nice clean property. Good breakfast. Nice staff. $10 per night for parking caught me by suprise.”

“Your parking lot is confusing…it has signs that say you should scan and pay for parking. At the front desk there is a sign to scan but when I questioned why I was paying the rate I was paying, and still asked to pay $15/night.”

“Everything was great, except for construction on the street in front of the home that partially blocked access to the driveway for guests, and it was noisy during the day. The space is quaint, cozy, attractive and fully furnished, except that a couch advertised as a fold-out was a collection of small square sections that did not convert to a bed. The host communicated well as to entry and lock-up. Attractive, fun, place - hopefully, street work completes soon! ”

“It's a true budget hotel that is a good experience.”

“This is a functional hotel for a functional price (and there’s nothing wrong with that!). I was stuck in a snowstorm, not looking for a luxury vacation. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the microwave and fridge because i had food with me. The coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast was marginal. Like I said, it’s a functional place. The staff people were very nice. ”
