My only issue was the lack of instructions from the owner (e.g., tv was complicated but no instructions), and we didn't know if there were things we were to do before checking out).”

“We had a lovely stay. The property owner had scheduled the exterior of the house to be painted, but after contacting the property manager, they stopped painting until after we departed. The house looked like the interior cleaning hadn't quite been completed. We had only one wash cloth for the upstairs, and some other things were out of place, but nothing earth shattering. The upstairs/downstairs combo was perfect for our multi-generational family.”
