“First and foremost, every staff member gave such a welcoming vibe. From reception, concierge, garage, and all other staff, they were friendly and their willingness to help really created great impressions throughout the stay. The double room I shared with my cousin was also great to walk into. The two beds (I think queens) were comfortable and felt fresh.
