“The staff is kind and helpful. Our keys continued to deactivate (cannot put near your phone) and they helped us everytime with no issues. The tiki bar and pool area was a nice slow pace to relax at night. ”

“Loved the facility. Was disappointed that you couldn’t even get a cup of complimentary coffee or tea. $4 for half cup of coffee was a bit outrageous. Without a microwave or fridge you couldn’t even make a cup of coffee or tea. ”

“Had a wonderful time and a great place to stay. However did reach out for check in information hours before our trip to get information and clear understanding. Nobody responded to the site had to go to the desk to get the information that was needed on check in process. My card key never worked every time I needed to go to my room I needed to go to the desk to get a new card. Very inconvenience during my stay. Instead of enjoying my stay I was at the desk more than enjoying my time. Employees……

“My friends and I decided to take a trip for a long weekend. We had never been to Put-in-Bay before, but this turned out to be an awesome experience! Bayshore Resort was a perfect distance from the downtown area. There was plenty of parking for golf carts. The staff members were friendly, and we especially enjoyed our coffees in the mornings! The lady was so kind and funny! The pool and hot tub had a beautiful view of the lake, and we really enjoyed our stay and our visit of the island! Everyone……
