The staff was friendly and attempted accommodating us. Breakfast had a good variety, but offered a lot of sugary foods. The scrambled eggs had discoloration(likely form the pan used for cooking them) at breakfast one morning. The toilet in our room shut off and on constantly 24/7. Despite alerting staff, it was not fixed over a 3 night stay. The toilet also needed plunged and the staff just handed us a plunger. Not professional. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room. It's quite outdated. But the beds and bathroom were clean.

Room was nice snd clean, although strange that they put the sheet on top of the comforter. They had a good selection of hot food for breakfast but seemed to not replenish it quickly or with enough . We were there around 7:30 and they were out of eggs and sausage and when it was replenished it wasn’t enough for everyone present. Other than breakfast we were happy with all else.

I’ve stayed at many Country Inn and Suites and this one seemed like no one had updated it since 1985. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles that moved every time you walked on them. I feared cutting my feet on them. The carpets, wall paper, and bedding all needed to be replaced.

Hotel is old and in the process being remodeled. Booked a sweet with a hot tub heat was not working in our room so they moved us to another room. The other room the tub was missing controll buttons, microwave not working. Several things broken or not operational in the room. Did not stay due to issues with room. Was refused any refund would not recommend better hotels in the same area

Worst Country Inn and Suite I ever stayed in. This is a rundown motel……worn carpet, last paint job poorly done. Tile in bathroom missing, worn and dated furniture, musty smell in room. I was only staying one nite otherwise I would have checked out.

I booked for February instead of January. I made a separate booking in January at the front desk, outside of Orbitz. The hotel, which got my business at the time I needed it, refused to cancel the Orbitz reservation made mistakenly (by me) for the wrong date. So I paid for two stays when I needed but one.

The hotel was beautiful! Very well maintained and decorated. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a few complaints, but they are minor. * The bed was too high to get into easily * The toilet was very low, but that would be good if we had young childred * There were no USB charging points set up in the room. Was not an issue as we brought our own wall plugs for charging phones and tablets.

Quite run down and very much needing repairs and new furnishing. We had to be moved from our original room because the bathroom mirror frame was broken and the large mirror looked like it could fall out at any moment. The next room had the same mirror frame broken as well although the mirror looked to be more secure. The pool and hot tub not in service and judging by the other reviews has noot been for some time. I would not stay there again.
