“The the cabin was extremely clean a few glasses were a little dirty, but no big deal. The cabin wasn't maculate. The blankets were the softest . Plenty of extra bedding and plenty of towels. What definitely stay there againperiodblankeesleptdone.”

“The shower water was hot. The beds were firm. The kitchen was well appointed. The house is cozy. The location is picturesque and bucolic . The surrounding area is beautiful. And finally, we were right near the university where we watched our nephew play for the Golden Eagles. Great trip. ”

“Was a nice, clean little area. Furnace is in main area in a closet so when it kicks on its loud but aside from that very nice! Wish there were TVs in the bedrooms as well but personal preference for me!”

“What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water……

“A great weekend and pet friendly. The cabin is newly refurbished and is very clean, comfortable, and modern, with no musty cabin smell! Great communication with the property owner. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing.”

“Enjoyed our brief visit to Kittanning made better with this property! Chase was very responsive to our inquiries. The property was located above a store front on Jefferson. No problem with parking on street. The apartment was comfortable and Huge! We definitely will stay here again!”

The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home.”
