“Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.”

“This is a fabulous place to stay. Our border collie loved the cubby house. It’s old but spotless.Beds are comfortable and it’s a spacious house.It’s going to be my regular Canberra stopover.The stairs my be a problem for elderly people ”

“Really enjoyed my recent stay. Came away with a group of girls. There was plenty of room to relax and unwind after exploring the city by day. Location seemed central to most things. Our host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again when next in ACT. ”

“Suited our working needs”

“Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we……

“They didn't send check in information, through stayz took 4hrs to reply on chat, had a number on invoice so ran that about 5 times(fellow was super helpful and sorted us immediately )between check in process. Carpark nightmare to find spot and right elevator, instructions wrong. No milk,fridge crisper and some areas could of been cleaner. Tiolet seat broken. Great spot once were settled.”

“Parking was terrible. Didn’t want to park my car facing a kids ball activities area. Also couldn’t see out the driveway to the road pass the 2 trade cars. Dangerous. Dining chairs very uncomfortable. Accommodation was nice but due to the parking I probably wouldn’t stay again”

“This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and……
