“There was an issue when we arrived that was taken care of promptly by the owner. The location was a short walk to the beach and offered many amenities for our family. The unit provided plenty of space for my family of five. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were repaired during our stay. Great communication with the owner.”

I do wish the back porch had been cleared from leaves, pollen and debris so that we could have enjoyed the back patio. I did reach out when we arrived and let the hosts know and also sent pictures of the patio to explain. She was quick to reply and let us know she would be in touch with the grounds maintence crew and also that……

“South Beach is NOT the place to stay for activity, restaurants, beach, etc. No pool, no restaurants, and an inconvenient 20 minute drive to exit Sea Pines to get to the main roads and restaurants. If you want peace and quiet and time to write a book or meditate; South Beach is the place.Property was very nice, clean, equipped. Broken AC was immediately repaired upon notification. ”
