“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house near Mammoth Cave! The property is absolutely stunning, with a lovely fire pit that we enjoyed, and a peaceful private lake that added to the serene atmosphere. The house itself was gorgeous—spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. We really appreciated the tranquil surroundings and the opportunity to unwind in such a beautiful setting. The only downside was the limited space for eating inside, and unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so……

“Thank you for sharing your home! The view was amazing. The outside deck boards had a curve and that kind of had a few of our gang worried to enjoy the outside space but it just needed getting used to because they really were sturdy. The house was clean and well equipped. We cooked all our meals and were happy to see the stainless steel cookware instaed of the usual (often scratched) teflon. Loved the long kitchen table. “We had a long weekend at the cabin and had a very relaxing time. Found a very good restaurant at the Cumberland Grill also cooked some food and all was well. The bed was very comfortable! The couch, not so much. We really liked listening to all the birds and seeing the Lake. ”

“Our family just stayed for two nights here to visit Mammoth Cave and it was the perfect cabin. We spent a ton of time on the giant covered porch enjoying the outdoors and fresh air. The kids loved playing and sleeping up in the loft and the adults appreciated the kitchen with all we needed to cook dinners.”

“We enjoyed our stay and ended up buying a river home in kentucky. ”

“Area is great for fishing. Water was 30 feet above summer pool. If water was closer to normal depth, this part of the lake would be ideal for bass, crappie, catfish, and any panfish you might be fishing for.”

“Our host was amazing, they made it felt like we were right at home. The property was everything and more of what was advertised. I strongly suggest the hike down to the small cave on the property. We loved everything about the cabin. We can't wait for next year! next year! ”
