“Beautiful 1st floor Mid Century Modern decor throughout including matching and large quality of dinnerware.Parking, for us, was private and very close to the entrance. Beautiful walking path to door with a porch. Directions & posting was spot on with no complicated departure instructions.Rooms were spacious and updated with quality furnishings and mattresses were great! She had direction for TV and a binder for guests information plainly and thoughtfully available.She had plenty of extras……

“we needed a one night overnight in order to attend a local concert. 4 adults in our party over age 50. this provided us a comfy place with plenty of room to spread out before and after the concert. the kitchen was well equipped, and we could have made our own supper and breakfast. we chose to eat out. we could bring home leftovers unlike a hotel room. i would stay again if we ever come back to the area.”

“Just as-advertised. A somewhat-quirky (though quaint and cozy) space above the flower shop on a local flower farm. My kids loved seeing/meeting the animals, which was a nice perk. Kitchen could have used a few more basics (toaster or baking tray? coffee machine?), but felt "on theme" given the farmhouse feel. Stacy was delightful, and very responsive. The space is private enough (you can hear flower-shop "business" during the day coming up, but no interference in the private space, and after……

“The apartment is beautiful. It is well appointed, well furnished, well located, has plenty of parking, and is spotlessly clean. It has two decks overlooking the Kennebec River and two kitchens, one on each floor. It also has a huge television in the TV room. It is right in the center of the main drag in Hallowell. You walk out on the main street and there is a wonderful ice cream shop on the left and a boulangerie a on the right. The AC works great. The apartment is on the second and third……

“Had a wonderful stay!! Very close to everything we needed for the weekend near family. Would stay again. Only downfall was no shades on the 2 doors and the 2 very bright exit signs at night. We were able to cover the windows and manage, but just something to consider. Great location and very close to main house but was lucky no one else was there so was able to still feel private and intimate. Definitely would recommend and come back in future! ”
