“The house and location are lovely. Neighbour is difficult and seems to make a full time job of watching out and pouncing for the smallest thing. Tricky when the driveway is shared. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. There are a few minor issues with maintenance but the house has a nice relaxed feel and was very clean.We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a beautiful stay at Beachfront Escape. The house is very clean and well spec'd as you'd expect for this type of property.A very short walk to the beach. About 200m left along the sand to the patrolled flags. A short walk to coffee and fish and chips.Tech access in the house is very easy and we had the sonos system working with no trouble at all.The kitchen is well equipped, if there were more than three of us, I'd have probably needed a few more platters.This house does not have air……

“The house is extremely damp to the point it causes breathing difficulty. We had to open every single window and door to try and air it out. We all ended up coughing because of it. I would go to the extent of saying it is a health hazard !!! Also it is quite cool at night but the only heating is a bar heater with frayed wiring and summer strength doonas . We could not use any blankets from cupboards because of the extreme smell of mould !!! I advise anyone looking at this house to stay in to look……

“We absolutely loved staying at ADS on Collins. The views through the front windows are spectacular. The house is gorgeous, modern, super comfortable, very easy to live in and it was hard to leave it. It is the nicest pet friendly home we’ve stayed in. ”

“Absolutely outstanding.Everything was thought of, hairdryer, washing machine, every utensil you could think of! The attic for the kids added a little mystery to their stay, as well as the mini games table downstairs.It felt more like a home than just a place to stay.THE VIEW. Wow. So impressive, views across to Pambula, the back lane and front beach were breathtaking! You could sit there all day.Hopefully we will be back again!”

“I'm sad to say the 2 bedroom unit we rented was in desperate need of a revamp. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils were old, dirty and musty smelling. The bathroom had a revolting smell, the shower and ceiling were mouldy, probably due to lack of bathroom fan. There was also a powerpoint coming out of the bathroom wall that was an obvious hazard. Ants and cockroaches were everywhere! We had to ask for a fan for the bedroom as none were provided. Can manage without AC but……

“We , my family of 4, and family friend , another family of 4 - 8 in total , had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rosies. The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. Could commune together when we wanted to and retreat for privacy as well. Fantastic to have towels and linen provided , especially travelling from Melbourne. Kids had fun with the games provided, seeing we were trying to limit screen time during the……
