“Unit is very dated and overdue for upgrade. Very unhygienic having roaches crawling all over”

“Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. ”

The host claimed a family emergency required all bookings to be canceled.However, after investigating, we discovered that the real issue was a double booking, and the host chose to cancel our reservation to accommodate another guest.
