“We have been at the hotel 3 years in a row for a long weekend. It is a nice place for a family vacation. The property is well maintained. The apartments are fully equipped. The front desk staff is not nice. The checkout time is too early. They are very strict. One of the benefits of being Platinum at Marriott rewards program is to enjoy of late checkouts. They don’t care about that.”
