“This was one of the loveliest stays we've ever had. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. Every detail thought of. Fixtures were high end. Grounds were incredibly beautiful. And hosts were super repsonive and helpful! I can't say enough about our stay! 10/10!!”

“Overall impression of Voyager Rest is there's no other place like it! This was our 2nd stay. We originally came with only a few family members a couple yrs ago and knew we wanted to bring the rest of our family for a future visit. We finally made that happen! This unique location is still a family favorite! We've been visiting the area for over 30 yrs. Jim's place is full of so much charm & peace it feels like a home away from home. The few days we were here we adventured to Dolly Sods for a day……

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……

“This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! ”

“I just spent a few days in this magical tiny home tucked into the countryside, and it was exactly what my soul—and my beagle, Bagel—needed. The setting is straight out of a storybook: rolling meadows, a big open sky, and the soft soundtrack of a working farm in the background. Roosters calling in the morning, cows lowing across the fields, and the rustle of wind through the grass—it all added up to the most calming escape I’ve had in ages.Bagel was absolutely living her best life.
