“It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself ”

“The accommodation was amazing, for a self catering establishment, it is very well equipped, lovely island in the kitchen with oven and hob, plenty of space to eat. The lounge area was very comfortable, with big screen TV, both bedrooms had comfortable double beds, upstairs en-suite downstairs separate bathroom. Plenty of parking and for those who wish to eat out, the pub across the road has a great selection at reasonable prices. ”

“This was ok for a last minute stop but the room was so sensitive to noise. Could hear every movement and sound around the house. Also the mattress had pilling so bad you could feel it through the fitted sheet. Made me so itchy I didn’t sleep very much at all. For a guest house that looked so pleasing, it was below average.”

“Firstly I didn’t receive a key code and no one answered the phone to get the code. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Luckily another guest opened the door so we could call the phone number in a table inside the property. They still couldn’t give us the key code. It took an hour just to get into our room. Which was very basic. No in case of fire instructions inside the room I’m or anywhere in the property. One good thing was the food that was available to us in the morning. Bread , butter, eggs……
