Perfect location, near Northway, Saratoga Springs and Lk George.

Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again.

Not good

This is a scam! Don’t book here. They don’t have any respect for senior citizens. Neither do they care for the renters or their pets. We were told check in was at 4 pm. But they made us wait since the apartment was still being cleaned and was not ready till 5:30pm. Our mom who is over 70 years old was also visiting us and joined us for our lake George vacation. Once we settled down and went out to cruise, we got called by 8 pm and were told to immediately vacate the premises since birds were not allowed. We were shocked since we only reserved this apartment for 2 nights since it mentioned pet friendly. When they called us to vacate they said pet birds were not allowed on the premises. They suggested we leave the pets alone in the car overnight for 2 days. They did not refund our amount. We called Vrbo as well. After 2 hours on calls they said they cannot refund any of the amount. They did not give us time to even have dinner at the apartment. My mom who is a senior citizen with health issues was not feeling well since we can to rush out and try to find another rental immediately. Finally we did not find any rental and had to driven back home. I had 2 sun conure birds which don’t fly Next day they charged me again $89 for staying with additional pets, they charged us cleaning fee even thought we didn’t stayed

Clean Apartment in Central Area

We enjoyed the apartment and it’s charms very much. Comfortable and homey. On a very busy and noisy street. That will stop us from coming back.

Nice property

The property is really nice and very clean. Everything was spotless and the house is nicely decorated and felt like a home away from home. The management company was prompt in providing all the information that we might have needed and the property itself has all the things you might need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely stay there again.

Management Company is Terrible

The house was great. Very clean. Unfortunately, I will never rent from this management company, Vacasa, again. They are incredibly unprofessional. About 5 days before our stay, I requested an early check in, so my son could join us for our family Christmas. I was told that they would let me know if a 2 hour early check in was possible. I offered to pay more. The company Rep said he would let me know. The night before the rental, nothing. I texted and emailed. No response, except that they would let me know in the morning of the rental. In the morning of the rental, nothing. At around 11:30 am, I contacted Vacasa again. I got a message that, if I got no response, then the early check in was not available. It was an extremely insulting text message, especially since they told me when I first called that they would contact me with the answer. When I questioned if they even asked permission from the owner, I again got no response. Around 1:30 pm, I got a message that the early check in was approved. Of course, by then, it was too late to take advantage of it, since my son and his girlfriend were coming from Boston and needed to know in the morning as Vacasa had promised. When Vacasa said that the request was denied, my son delayed his departure and missed the first few hours with the family. It was clear that Vacasa never asked for an early check in until after I questioned them. I will never do business with Vacasa.

Great little apartment

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The apartment was adorable, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The residents in the other part of the house were very friendly and had great suggestions for activities and places to eat. Thanks for a great stay.

Vacation rental

The apartment was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well equipped. This apartment is in a residential/business district on a main road. Because we had to be mindful of the year round tenants and neighbors we never sat outside at the fire pit at night putting a damper on vacation. It’s 4 exits from Laje George village which should be advertised with the listing.

Wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with our weekend stay here! The location was convenient and the home had everything we needed. We made great use of the deck and backyard and loved the trails that were accessible from the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the layout was conducive to a family stay. Thanks!

Jerry’s place is such a wonderful place to stay. The home owners are incredibly friendly. If you have a dog, there are great trails to walk on behind the house.

Well maintained and very clean home.

The communication with the agent was excellent. The house check in process was simple. The house is beautifully decorated and most of all, VERY CLEAN. Comfortable beds, which is the most important part in my opinion, lots of amenities and great location for us. We were very happy with our stay. The welcome gift was a great touch as well. We will definitely consider this home for our summer stay.
