“The Rajah Room was absolutely beautiful and had a claw foot bathtub right in it. The room was comfortable and very clean. Patrick and Adele were accommodating and friendly. The floors are thin because the building itself was a barn at one point, but as long as you (or your neighbors) aren’t making a ton of noise you should be okay!”

“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……
