The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. “Ron at the front desk was a rock star as I tried to check in and Hotels.com didn't notify Hampton Inn that I had a reservation. I had the paid receipt and itinerary number and still could not find the reservaiton. After 90 miniutes calling Hampton's number we found a phone number for Hotels.com and that customer service gentleman (I didn't catch his name) gave the hotel yet a different number to prove that I had a reservation and I was finally in the room 90 minutes after walking in the……
