It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.”

“We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area.”

“Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!”

“The place was “clean” but the couches and chairs had stains on them. Cobwebs everywhere. I only stayed for 50% of the time bc I couldn’t deal with all the bugs INSIDE the home. My dog was bitten by some bug. Probably a tick and I didn’t realize till later the first night. I still won’t know what if any infection she may have encountered for 4 weeks. I was specific about noise bc my dog is sensitive and my home in Manhattan is quieter as this place is right on the main road. No TV but host was……

“The owners were easily accessible for any questions. Laundry area was pristine. Excellent water pressure. Beds very comfortable.”

“This place should not be operating. It’s a public health hazard. We came in later day and the first thing my child screamed out was that she had seen a mouse. I should have believed her the first time. But overnight, the mouse attacked our snack supply. When we left, we had to throw all of our food away!! In fact, there were so many mouse droppings everywhere I was startled! I spotted them on the couches, in the bathroom. But especially concerning and completely gross was to spot them in the……

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. A kitchen table and strong wifi signal made it possible for us to take some……

“Our friends and us were in town to watch our boys play at Cooperstown All Star Village. This home provided a close, comfy resting ground after long days of baseball. Great rental. ”

“This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area.”
