“This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. We had a small problem with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Strip”

“Never received any communication from host. I was not listed with property management either when i arrived, and couldn't get access to the unit. As of today i still haven't heard from the host. Had to find new place to stay.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the residences at the Signature Tower 1 suites from MGM. I didn't even know these towers existed, and I go to Vegas quite often. **Rare Find**This was such a relief, because I was there for a work conference, and I needed peace and quiet when I came home or through the lobby in the evening.Check-in was simple and easy. The check-in host was kind and informative about the property. The amenities were fantastic, especially with Starbucks in the lobby between towers one……

“I was told there were extra towels under the bathroom sink. Not true.Had to beg for towels from room attendants on different floors because no one would help me at the front desk. These rooms are managed by a third party. That being the case the front desk wouldn't help me with anything. They couldn't even give me the correct phone number to request towels.There were bags of trash by the elevator for over five hours.I paid 75 for an early check-in.
