“Great Hotel this is the fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed here over the past few years and I love it. Only thing we didn’t like there was no daily housekeeping. My little son had an accident in the bed and we had to go and find a laundromat to clean the sheets was great thank you.”

“This is our 2nd stay at the Palms Resort. It is the best location, off the strip, away from the casino.Often when staying at Casinos, the room smells of cigarette smoke. I love that we don't have to deal with the crowds in the strip as well.The room has an excellent view. We love that it has a small kitchenette we purchase juice, fruit, snacks and keep them in our room for late night snacks.Daniel is a great host!This will be our go to spot for all of future trips to Vegas!”

“The room was a just like staying at a hotel. Everything was clean. It had a tub and balcony. Location in on the 2nd floor. ”

“Property is conveniently located. Easy access to various shops, bars, restaurants, casinos. Pleasantly surpised at cleanliness. Staff was welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out. Did notice that Tower 1 pool was closed quite a bit but not sure why. Host was very responsive from booking through departure which was a total plus.”

“Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues with parking. Very convenient to get to the Strip and the trams at the MGM. ”

“We enjoyed the location and the ease of the valet parking. This is located in tower 3. We valeted our car and walked around the corner to the elevator to our room. It was easy.”

“This is a great place to stay off the trip. The condo was clean and very cute. The best were by far some of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. My one and only complaint is the people upstairs. The kids started running around non stop at 6:50, 7am, this continued all day until 9:30 pm. Besides that it’s a perfect little place. ”

“I couldn’t be happier with the residences at the Signature Tower 1 suites from MGM. I didn't even know these towers existed, and I go to Vegas quite often. **Rare Find**This was such a relief, because I was there for a work conference, and I needed peace and quiet when I came home or through the lobby in the evening.Check-in was simple and easy. The check-in host was kind and informative about the property. The amenities were fantastic, especially with Starbucks in the lobby between towers one……

“My stay at "2 or 3 Bedroom Walk to Strip MGM Casino Shop Club" was very strange. I arrived in the pouring rain and had a heck of a time finding my unit. The building had no name from the street, and I had to call to get step by step directions to my unit. The room rate was awesome, but there are tradeoffs. The exterior was demoralizing. The old buildings were patched where the stucco had crumbled, but never painted. There was trash & discarded bottles around the property. There was trash in……
