Living room: Bright and spacious room with 2 large comfortable sofas and 48” Smart TV and DVD player. Large bi-fold patio doors, which provide access onto a patio area overlooking the lovely, established garden.
Dining room: A separate dining room with original fireplace and wood burning stove. Also, a 2 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Kitchen: Well equipped, ‘county style’ fitted kitchen with electric cooker, 4 ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, integrated fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee maker and variety of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Master Kingsize room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedsides and window over looking the rear garden
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Double Bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedsides
Bathroom (First Floor): Shower room with walk in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Garden: A lovely, well established garden with patio area, lawned garden and furniture provided. The garden is enclosed and has a secure storage area. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the wonderful views of the North Devon countryside.
Parking: Two private car parking spaces 25m from the cottage.
Pets: 3 Dogs welcome
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. No Smoking. Maximum of 4 people permitted. Three well-behaved pets accepted. Sky TV and a selection of DVD's and books. Wood burner comes with 1 basket of complimentary logs. Wi-Fi Broadband. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arrival/departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.
Set on the edge of Exmoor, this beautiful country cottage is just minutes from the busy market town of South Molton, with its weekly pannier and farmers’ markets, quaint tea rooms, convenience stores, independent shops and family friendly pubs. It is also home to the famous Quince Honey Farm – a great day out for the whole family. The dramatic scenery of Exmoor National Park is only a short drive away with popular local beauty spots including Landacre Bridge and Lynton and Lynmouth. For a change of scenery, make sure to visit the golden sandy beaches on the North Devon Coastline, including the UK's best beach at Woolacombe (based on 2016 TripAdvisor reviews).
