“The house is lovely, everyone from adults to children enjoyed staying here! The games room and slide was a massive hit with the children and every room was spacious and very clean! “Wonderful few days away to celebrate the new year with friends. House was just what we needed and the scones with clotted cream and jam left by the owners was a lovely touch.With the house just minutes from the beach, the cars were parked up at the start of the break and not used again until we left.Will definitely look to book again for next year.”

“Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. Comfortable hotel
"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter.
Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
