“Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. Manager communication was not good, did not respond to any of my calls or texts. the location is good.”

“Everything about this stay exceptional. Booking was easy and Fallon is very responsive. I contacted her a few times and within hours I heard back. That’s a good owner.The house is everything you would want in a beach house, it’s cozy and warm. Decorated as you would expect a beach home to be. “We had a great time at our trip minus all rain lol The house was great and just as represented online. Clean, quiet and close to everything! ”

“After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks. ”

“House was clean and just the right size for our short stay! Golf cart was plus and homeowner was very friendly and quick to respond!”

“We go annually for the F-Body Beach Bash and this was our first time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our adult children, access to the beach was wonderful and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was quick to respond for any questions we might have. Would recommend this home to others. ”

“We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.”

“This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in terms of where we stay. It was two blocks from the beach with access to public parking, it was only a few blocks from the neighborhood market so we could pop over really quickly if we needed something, only minutes from Family Kingdom area and much more. But it felt just like we were at home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be staying in this location……

“I can't really complain about the property. It was a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. Overall very clean. My only suggestion would be to bring your own knives (no sharp ones), sciccors, and a lighter for the bbq. Also the bbq was very small and the grill did not fit, it was also very dirty and no way for us to clean it properly. Other than that, its a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of mini put, and shops around the corner, and the pool area is nice.”
