“We loved our stay in this home. Plenty of room for our family. Had everything we needed. On a quiet little street where I didn’t worry about my youngest (10yr old) riding his scooter & skateboard. Having the complimentary golf cart was amazing! We will definitely book this home again. ”

“Overall we had a very nice stay. We love to play pickleball and these rentals are very close to the courts and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family. We had a couple minor issues and received quick communication and resolution from the owner. The house does need a deep spring cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and neat - just other things like walls, cabinets, fridge, drawers, nooks and crannies need cleaning. It wasn’t something that bothered our family too awful much, but……

“We rent the ground floor of the duplex. This place was very clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, no one else was renting at the time we were there. The outdoor covered sitting area was great, as it rained most of our stay. The owner was very responsive. I had to call him because the code on the door didn’t work, but he picked up first ring and had it fixed within a minute or so.”

“the property is in a cute little neighborhood with a good population. Amenities are great, loved the pool, had everything listed. Literally barely a five minute walk from the beach so that was awesome. We had a great stay and I definitely recommend booking this place for a vacation with friends or family. Felt like being at home while on vacation. :) ”

“House was nice, relatively clean. Found a few minor issues, but no big deal. The washer and dryer weren’t working during our stay, but the owners did give us a discounted rate. Great location, right across the street from the beach. Close to the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults and a toddler. The whole family said they’d stay here again.”

“This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in terms of where we stay. It was two blocks from the beach with access to public parking, it was only a few blocks from the neighborhood market so we could pop over really quickly if we needed something, only minutes from Family Kingdom area and much more. But it felt just like we were at home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be staying in this location……

“After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks. ”
