“This is a great comfortable place to stay., the neighborhood is easy to get to with many places to eat around you. We were only staying one night and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable liked that there was a refrigerator to keep our things cold. Kitchen nook had microwave, coffee pot, hot plate and well stocked cooking supplies. Perfect if you don't want to stay on the strip. We will stay again.”

“We had 8 friends/family members visit the house and it had activities for people of all ages. The pool table and foosball table were super fun as well as the swingset outback. It gives you an oasis from the strip, as it’s very quiet. The host was absolutely amazing and help helped the whole time.”

“Vacation paradise was perfect for our family! We were celebrating with additional family at South Point. Very close and easy to access everything we needed. There was a small glitch when we arrived, property manager was very helpful and quickly responded! Great place!!!”

“The house was really nice. There was an issue with the heating system so the ground floor was quite cold at night. But we communicated with the owner and he offered some pizza to make up for it so we appreciated that. Otherwise we had a great time!”

“We just finished a five-night stay at this great property and wished we didn't have to leave! We had a party of 7 people, a family of 4 and another family of 3. This house is spacious and had a big backyard for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The five bedrooms were great cause some of the kids bunked together while some got their own room. “The house was great. Lots of bedrooms & bathrooms and only 9 minutes from the airport.it was easy to Uber and pick people up. The host was great, very responsive to any email or text. Outside yard, pool, grill, hot tub, and large table and chairs was lovely. The neighborhood was nice but isolated and not conducive to walking around. House is close to the strip. Overall, a very nice location.”

“The location, layout, amenities, & everything wonderful. I have 5 children, so the space was perfect for our big family. The pool & hot tub was a hit! My girls LOVED it. The pool table, and video game is nice to keep the kids busy. Being 15 mins from the strip is perfect. The home is in beautiful safe neighborhood, with everything you need 3-5 mins away. “We needed a place to stay for our group of friends to do a climbing trip. This home worked well for that. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The location was okay in that it was close to the airport, but would have been better if it were closer to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. One critique of the home would be that the kitchen lacked good pots and pans. There were only 2 very small pans and 1 larger pan. We like to be able to cook and this made it a lot harder to do……

“Property manager is sweet and an excellent communicator. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed safe. The house was*perfectly* clean. The booking, check in, check out, rules were all clear and easy. Nit picky items: no full length mirror. Beds are fairly high off the ground. We WILL stay here again!!!”
