“Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in. Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action. Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included,……
