“Our family has been to Cape Cod many times, but we've never experienced it like this. The views are incredible! Being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, having coffee on the deck over looking the water, the views from the dining room table....I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It's absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, and pans perfect for cooking our daily breakfast. So many amazing restaurants near by... It truly was an amazing vacation.……

“The space is beautifully decorated and clean. We were staying to attend a wedding and we were so close to the venue and beaches. Check-in was easy. All the basic amenities provided. My only suggestion would be maybe more lighting in parking area- hatd to see when checking in at night- almost teipped on raised curbing.”

“The cottage was newly renovated and super comfy. Much more private than many beach community condos. We wished we had more time here to fully enjoy all that the complex had to offer like the tennis courts, but we plan to visit again! ”

“We had a great week at Jonathon’s condo! A rough start when we locked ourselves out on accident, but Jonathon was immediately available, understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!! The condo was perfect for us-clean, perfect location & awesome neighbors..it was close to restaurants, the beach & a great neighborhood to walk after a good meal. Easy for day trips and exploring. We didnt realize we needed to bring linens/towels, but Jonathan directed us to a convenient Marshalls. It hurt to……

“We do a yearly trip to the Cape every year. We have stayed at the Ocean Edge Golf Resort with family previously and I liked the layout and location of this condo much better. The main bedroom is on the main floor and the loft has three beds, perfect for the kids. They also have access to a tv with a firestick. It is a very safe and cute community with multiple pools ($25 per person per day so choose wisely), golf, tennis, and a restaurant. You can also go across the street to the Ocean Edge……

“Location is everything!!! A condo steps from an amazing gorgeous private beach! Condo had everything you could want or need. Small but perfect for my husband and me! Location is close to everything you may want to visit. A real find! Was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. Host had great restaurant suggestions! Hope to return to this little paradise!”

“The apartment is in a great location just as described in the listing! It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Though it’s on Main Street we found it very quiet when we were there mid September. Dave was very responsive, made everything easy! You won’t be disappointed! We brought bikes and stored them securely in the garage. The 7.5 mil bike path connector to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just around the corner. There are 3 great restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the……

“We were so fortunate that this unit was available to us last minute as our resort reservation did not work out as planned. The unit is modern, roomy, clean, and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. The rental office was very accommodating. Our only criticism would be that for the price point and luxury of the unit, there should be a king size bed in the master bedroom and the mattresses could be of better quality. We’d also expect there to be quality linens in the unit provided by the……
