“The private beach area had perfect sand and an incredibly large tree canopy to protect you from the sun. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's a great low-cost option to experience Moorea while having direct beach access. There's also a spectacular café across the street.”

“The bungalow was very nice. The grounds are very nice. A separate communal fully equipped kitchen and dining area but nothing provided. Lovely swimming pool. There is a fridge, but no tea making facilities in unit. The best pizza just down the road we have ever tasted. Pity we did not have more days. This is a great place to chill out and relax.”

“The snorkeling off the dock was amazing. Great location by the sea and nice to have the kayak available to take to the coral garden. Also, they let me check in early which was so helpful!”

“There is a steep hill up to the property and once your @ the parking spot, you must hike a bit more to get to the rental. Nice pool, very clean property! Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. Entrance to property is not well marked (but neither is any other property on Moorea!). ”

“Where do I begin do review this stay? In so many ways it was a stay of a lifetime. Mark’s Place is beautiful. Each bungalow is unique in design and amenities. Our bungalow had lots of windows and large glass patio door which led to a large deck with outside furniture. Our bungalow did not have toilet or shower contained within, but we did have private facilities directly across from our unit. The bungalows are not air conditioned, and the first couple of nights were warm. If needed Mark……
