Stunning Beach Front Ground Floor 3/2 Condo. A Few Steps To The Beach!

Just 22 steps to the beach, this beautifully decorated Sea Vista condominium is consistently ranked by VRBO’s Ranking Metrics as among the island’s Top 10% most desirable units. You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath at beach level and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full travertine bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its ground floor proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and 3 internet enabled digital entertainment centers. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. Spring Break Family Getaway

We loved this Sea Vista Condo. The location is ideal as it’s right by the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Our children had plenty of room as did we. Spring break was quiet in this location - it was great.

Overall, great property and great location. The condo is “older”, but well maintained. It was a little dirty when we go there, some food still on utensils, but nothing a broom/vacuum could fix. The owners were great. A few problems occurred, but they fixed them as soon as I brought it to their attention. The pool is heated and very nice. Also met some friendly snow birds there who gave us spots to hit up.

Stayed 4 days in December 2024 right before the holidays. Great location, very comfortable, has everything you need. We loved being on the ground floor, right next to the path to the beach. Some trouble getting on the Wi-Fi at the beginning, needed to be reset. Owners extremely responsive and friendly.

Perfect location on the island

We really enjoyed the time there. The location is unbeatable. We loved the heated pool as well. The only thing I wish could be fixed is the back door lock. It does not lock from the outside so if the whole family wants to go to the beach you would either need to leave the back door unlocked or leave from the side door of the building. Not a huge deal though. The view on the first floor is partially blocked by the dunes but the back door / yard gives kids super quick access to the beach.

SPI Getaway

We wanted a quick weekend stay at the island with our kids before the start of the school year and this was the perfect trip. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The location is excellent and access to the beach is amazing! Just out the patio door, and within a minute you’re on the sand. Ed and Betty were excellent hosts!

Birthday weekend

We went down to the valley to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time! The condon is perfect, literally has everything you need, all you need is food and your clothes. We loved this quick stay and will definitely recommend.

Beautiful getaway!

This property was wonderful for our family's annual SPI visit. Kitchen was well-stocked, the condo was clean and just steps from the beach. The living room is small - not big enough for us all to sit, and the dining table is right on top of it, so for all of us to sit was uncomfortable. That's the only issue we had. Great location to the beach

This place supplied all our needs and offered a great relaxing getaway for our family. Owners thought intentionally about hospitality for their guests. Any questions we had were answered promptly. May want to make a notation you no longer have a coffee grinder. The tar on the beach was an unexpected pain but the condo offered towelettes that took it off your feet pretty easily. Next time would bring clothes and shoes we wouldn’t mind possibly getting stained due to the tar balls washing up on the beach.

Perfect location and setup for family vacation

This property was perfect for us. We traveled to SPI with our 4 kids for our wedding. We also had family from other cities and states visiting. This condo was the perfect home base. Plenty of space and seating and a nice green space off the back patio for kids to run around (which is why we chose this one). Easy access to the beach made it easy to run back and grab stuff or go to th bathroom so you didn't have to haul everything down. And the pool was right there too.

This condo was absolutely amazing. The proximity to both the beach and the pool were incredible, literally 2-3 minutes walking distance. The condo itself was clean, adorably decorated and truly felt like our home away from home for the week. Highly recommend!

Everything was super clean. Beautiful view. So close to the beach. Sunrise enjoyed right from the patio. Pool and hot tub for the kids and great on a windy day. They e thought of just about everything. Giant coffe table for game and puzzles. Beach toys, chairs and wagon ready to use. We hope to come back!

Really nice place

Came here for spring break with my group of family and friends and we all had a great time. Loved how clean and close to the beach the property was. Ed the host was very helpful and always made sure they responded whenever I had any questions. We all loved it here and plan on coming back to South Padre soon because of how easy our stay was.
