Welcome to No Rush, a newly updated beachfront tropical retreat ideally suited for privacy-minded travelers seeking tranquility and/or adventure.

No Rush is 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is perfectly placed on a private stretch of Ten Bay Beach, which is consistently ranked one of the best beaches in the Bahamas. Swim, snorkel, paddle board and/or kayak from your private beach during the day. Watch the sunset and shooting stars on the expansive beach deck at night.

No Rush features an open air plan with one large living space comprised of kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, living room, entertainment center and private bar. The inviting open concept and new modern décor were recently updated, and are even better in-person. The home also has a generator in case of power outages.

The adjacent bedroom with ensuite bathroom, has a direct sea view of beautiful Ten Bay. It's common to wake up to rainbows over the bay which can be seen directly from the king size bed with premium bedding. There's also 40" smart TV in the bedroom. An additional guest may be accommodated on the convertible queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is well-appointed with all the cooking supplies needed from a coffee maker to baking sheets. The appliances were recently updated, they include a full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and a microwave, and an ultra-quiet dishwasher.

The "back yard" is your private beach playground. The expansive deck and private palapa/tiki hut are all yours. What's more, the crystal clear water is shallow is ideal for sunning, kayaking or paddle boarding. At low tide, you can walk hundreds of yards in the shallow water. With its fine sand and calm water, No Rush is the perfect spot for snorkeling and diving for sand dollars and starfish. Oh yeah, did we mention two kayaks, a paddle board, snorkel gear and beach towels are included with every stay? Outside there is a large sun deck, shaded deck area, and waterside palapa/tiki hut.

Shower al fresco after a swim in the warm sea. A high-end gas grill is perfect for local lobster, stone crab or fish. A private beach for No Rush guests with shady palm tree sits between the deck and the ocean.

No Rush is centrally located, making it easy to explore the North and South ends of Eleuthera. We supply portable beach chairs for No Rush guests to take when visiting other beaches on Eleuthera. The closest grocery store is fewer than 2 miles. Many of the island’s best restaurants are also a short scenic drive away.

We found Paradise at No Rush
Thank you so much Toni for opening the doors to your paradise! The house is exceptional and what a view! When the tide is out, we have access to the beach directly from the house, which is great! The house is perfectly equipped and a huge thank you for the little touches, like the gift on arrival, sun and mosquito lotions! Pure relaxation
This property has everything! Pictures are accurate of everything available. Privacy was awesome. Property was clean and very welcoming. Anne and Toni were always available whenever we had questions. Ten Bay was very calm to walk over to the beach. High tide was calm with just enough waves.

No rush, No worries, TRUE PARADISE!
From booking this property Toni & the No Rush team were INCREDIBLE! The recommendations included with the welcome packet didn’t disappoint! House is impeccable! AC was clutch for my husband as well and the back up generator! When I wasn’t paddle boarding I was using the board as my “swim up bar”! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Pictures don’t do No Rush justice! We can’t wait to come back!

Ten Bay is our fave
We loved it here. The house was very clean and had everything one would need. I suggest stopping by the house first and then go shopping as they had some items already. Didn’t need the AC because the breeze and the fans were enough. The paddle board was nice to have and we used it several times. Great spot on the island. This was our third time in Eleuthera and our favorite spot. Can’t beat Ten Bay.

Best location on the island!
The house is located on the most beautiful location. The beach was an absolute dream. The house included snorkeling and kayaking gear which we utilized and the snorkeling was out of this world. You were able to snorkel right off the shore and see thousands of fish at high tide. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend this home enough.

More Beach, Please!!
Location on Ten Bay was perfect. So much so, we stayed "home" more than we planned and did less exploring than planned. Pepper the Cat (belongs to neighbors) visited daily. The crystal-clear water was like a swimming pool, and we loved it at low tide. The house was welcoming and had everything we needed. All in all, it was a very memorable trip.

Awesome vacation
This was our 4th trip to the island and our 2nd time staying at "No Rush". Toni, Anne, and the team do a great job in cleaning and upkeep of the property. Easy to contact and quick to respond. We originally had another house booked but property wasn't clean so we reached out to Toni as it looked like "No Rush" would be available for the majority of our stay. She was very quick to respond and to notify Anne and team so that the house would be ready for us. House is very clean and has everything you would need. This property is beach front on Ten Bay beach and is easy to access the water. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay!!

Amazing location, right on the beach. My wife and I had an amazing stay at No Rush. Centrally located on Eleuthera and near several must see places made this a nice place to base the vacation out of. Will definitely look to book again.

The property was perfect. Being able to walk right out the door and into the gorgeous teal water was amazing. Having access to kayaks, and floating devices was a plus. All the amenities were provided so it felt like home. We had great communication with both our host and the property manager. We highly recommend No Rush and would love to return again.

Phenomenal sunsets
Our first impression upon entering was that it was a relief to come into an extremely cool and air conditioned home. It was immaculately clean. Ten bay beach is has crystal clear water and the best of both worlds. As you look off the back deck to the right there is long beach with shallow water for about a 100 yards or so. To your left there is more cliffs and great snorkeling. We also did some night fishing right from the back yard and caught several fish.

Amazing
We came back to the wonderful island of Eleuthera to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary having been married there. This place exceed all expectations in terms of the location and the property itself. Imagine having the Caribbean just a few steps away! Crystal clear water with tropical fish swimming almost at your doorstep! Everything we needed outside of food and drinks was provided for - floaties, kayaks, paddle board, household items including sunscreen and bug repellent. Not only that, it was clean as a whistle - I wish my stove was as clean as that one! We would go back to this property in a heartbeat!! Thanks to Toni and Anne for making this trip unforgettable!!

Fantastic Beach Cottage
This was for sure the best beach on the island. The water was so calm every day we were there. The winds were moderate during our stay which made it very comfortable and no mosquitoes! The cottage was great and had everything we needed for our stay. Eventually an upgrade to the road in to the cottage would be nice as there were quite a number of rough areas to navigate. Nothing that our SUV couldn't handle though. Enjoyed seeing Squeeky the cat who was very friendly. The steps down to the water also could use some attention as the algae on the concrete made it a bit slippery. Overall 5 stars though for this cottage retreat. We loved it and will surely be back.

Too Good to Be True!
My husband and I feel so lucky to have found this beautiful property. We've been to Ten Bay Beach several times over the years and have always admired the homes along the side. Finally, we got to stay in one! It did not disappoint and was better than expected. The view is incredible, the great room, bedroom and bath very spacious. Toni was an excellent communicator and her home provided plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bug spray and sunscreen. She also had loads of fun games to enjoy, plus a paddle board and kayaks! The home also came with a large complimentary jug of drinking water, which was appreciated. The AC was heavenly, but we rarely used it because the great room has 3 fans and the bedroom has 1 as well. The wifi was good and the island only lost power twice. She had flashlights ready and we opened the screened windows which brought a nice breeze from the sea. The location on the island is perfect for couples wanting to explore both north and south of Eleuthera. This trip we explored the south and enjoyed Red Pond, Half Moon Bay, Cathedral Cave and Plum Creek Beach. It was also interesting to go to Cape Eleuthera to see the bull sharks waiting for scraps in the marina. For those who are a magnet for No-Seeums, I found that baby oil and Picaridin worked the best for me. Try eating at the food truck, Queen of Tarts. The owner is so friendly! Also, remember to go to the Island Farm right down the road on a Tuesday or Friday to get fresh baked bread and pastries. Overall, our stay at Toni's beautiful beach home was probably the best vacation we've ever had. I highly recommend her property.

Top of our list for Eleuthera stays!!
We knew the second we came in the front door that we would feel "at home" in NO RUSH. First of all the view is captivating and hard to look away from. Having the water so close is convenient and magical. The house was also outfitted with everything we could have wanted or needed and when I asked if the kitchen had an item before going there the owner said no but had the item purchased and put in the kitchen. WOW! The house caretaker, Anne, was responsive and made sure things got taken care of and honestly there were only a couple of things. It was the first rent we've had that provided noodles, floats and an inner tube for enjoying the water as well as 2 kayaks and a paddle board. All very useful in a very large back yard pool! There were portable beach chairs to take to other beaches and we were never even tempted to go to another beach. We would love to check in to NO RUSH sometime again.

Very Clean home, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room for two people, great communication. View from deck is incredible but wait till sun goes down and it gets even better! It’s in small neighborhood but still private.

Amazing Property, Great Location
This was an amazing property in the most wonderful location. The house was exactly as advertised and was very well appointed - beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied with all you could need. There was great communication between Toni and Anne and the one issue we had was immediately corrected. We loved our time at No Rush and we're already planning our next trip. We were completely enchanted by Eleuthera and this property!
