“The little studio was exactly as described, easy to find, and quite comfortable. My ONLY suggestion would be to add a little luggage stand for those that prefer to "live out of the suitcase" instead of unpacking.Super quite neighborhood! “We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. “When I was looking for places to stay in LA I was looking for a safe neighborhood and a place to have parking. This was all that and some. The room was clean always had my own parking spot and Juan was amazing to work with. We had questions and he answered promptly. We can’t recommend this place enough. This is in there backyard but we didn’t even cross paths we had all the privacy. We were close to every tourist attraction. We will be staying here again when we go back to LA. ”
