“Fred’s Inn is a clean comfortable minimalist motel. This was our second stay here. The people are nice. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We can’t ask for more. Conveniently located for our child’s college. ”

“attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal”

“A really cool experience to stay in a renovated barn so close to Colgate’s campus. It was a 4 minute drive but felt like a world away. Very quiet location with an impressive stream to walk to on the property. We loved our stay!”
