“We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. “A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.”

“This is our 2nd time visiting this home. We come to visit our son, who is a student at Colgate and in the Colgate orchestra. The hosts are so accommodating and wonderful! The house is squeaky clean and so comfortable. We have already booked it for our next visit in April. ”

“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

“We stayed here during week 11 of the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. It’s about 25 minutes away but it is an easy drive and the peaceful, quiet, country setting was amazing. Check in was seemless and the house was as picturesd”

“The host, Ariana was very responsive. 4 generations of my family stayed at this property which allowed us to be within local distance of other relatives. The home was very spacious. We enjoyed everything from from the huge living room to large yard with the fire pit. We can't wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the lake! ”

“We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). ”

“Pulled in a 1am, slept and out again by 9am. Beds comfy, everyone had fresh linens, very clean. Only little worry was getting out of the parking area with trucks and trailers. The road isn’t busy, but people fly. ”
