“This is our 3rd year staying in the Lake Gaston area during Thanksgiving that it has become our family tradition. Our first time staying at Tequila Sunrise, and it was so nice. We enjoyed the property, especially the lake and amazing sunsets. Having our coffee and tea on the covered porch was enjoyable, and amazing star gazing on the dock was a highlight. The bed in the master was comfortable, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. We cooked, ate, played games, watched movies, and enjoyed……

“Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. We swam, kayaked, hot tubbed and hung out in the many lounge spaces. The house is well set up and maintained!!”

“The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area.”
