“Highest praise for this place and the hosts. The larger property and the cabin itself are beautifully kept and everything in the listing is as pictured - comfy and nicely decorated and with all the basics for one or two people…but better than pictured because of the amazing setting on the edge of the woods next to a brook. It was perfect to be in the coziness of the house with that huge picture window, bringing the outdoors in with you. I also sat on the porch, all wrapped up, and listened to……

“This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. Perfect location, well appointed kitchen, and perfect dock on the lake. Our family loved every moment and we hope to come back again.”
