“Little Italy is so close with a lot of dining options. You can walk to downtown in about 15 min and is very safe. Seaworld is just a 10 min drive. Parking garage makes it easy and safe to park the car. ”

“I love the modern-style exterior, it's beautiful. The hotel easy access to the freeway and is quiet when the door is closed. However, it can get loud when the door is open due to the airport., it's an amazing place, featuring a kitchen that makes it feel like a condo.”

“Great location in the heart of the Gaslamp district, close to everything. Although it’s an older property and the entrance and elevator is basic, the unit was comfortable with beautiful skylights in the kitchen and living room. The unit was well stocked for anything we needed. Towels and bedding were clean and good quality. The WiFi worked well. It’s noisy at night but earplugs were provided. Tons of eating options for every budget right outside but not much nearby in terms of groceries. Enjoyed……

“We had the best weekend trip. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Excellent communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. ”

“We arrived a bit early on the first day, to kind of scope out the area. Once in the VRBO unit, we were happy to see how clean the unit was. Cleaning products left quite a strong odor inside, so we opened the windows and left for a bit. My girlfriend was very excited about the unit and the location and some sun. About 1 hour after arriving at the unit, we heard some loud noises coming from downstairs. I went down to see what was going on and texted Surf Style and was told that there had been a……

“Really enjoyed my stay here - very well-kept, just enough space for me and a guest, and had everything we needed. Thomas made it easy. Great area and plenty of parking too. You could occasionally hear noise from people walking or clearing their throat on the floor above, but it was never too loud or distracting. I highly recommend this cozy La Jolla getaway!”

“location location! Nice place one bedroom and living area. Host very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to beach and restaurant. Grocery store close too. Parking on the street which was never too bad. ”

The host was very helpful and gave us lots of good places to check out in the area. He communicated check in/check out information very well with us. We had the best time celebrating the new year in San Diego! ”
