“Hotels.com apparently is not on the hotel’s panel even though the website had collected my money in advance. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn’t find my booking. I had to make another payment directly to the hotel. May I know who has pocketed my initial payment?”

“Very friendly and helpfull staff. The local Masques loudspeakers start before dawn, they are not overly loud inside, but still woke up when they were playing. Breakfast was adequate with many choices. We would stay here again as there is no escape from the Masques loudspeakers. ”

“Sy book utk 3 kamar dan ketiganya kebersihanx sgt kurang.handuk mnrt sy sdh tdk layak d gunakan krna sdh butek dan byk noda. Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Sy rasa kamar yg kami tempati trlalu dipaksakan krna hotel mgkn penuh saat kami cek in. Maknan jg tdk……
