“This hotel is owned by a cool couple, allowed us to check-in in at midnight , answered their phones, great fantastic service in their restaurant, live band, ... self serve coffee in a machine - well done both of you! Recommend this place over that s---y Baandin Chiewlarn Resort nearby which is irresponsible. Stayed here 3 nights, I am very thankful the other resort wasn't responsible, we found a hotel we can recommend to others, yes more expensive, but you pay for what you get. Well done and……

“The personel/staff was outstanding friendly, helping wherever they can and very forthcomming. The view from the room is stunning. It is a quiet place with a beach infront, where the snorkling is great (we even saw a turtle!). "The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
