“We had an amazing stay here. The house is large and built over several levels (be advised that all bedrooms and bathrooms have stairs). There are two spacious living areas and a nice, large dining table. We are a family of 6 and were in town to visit family. The house was fantastic for us to host game time with our family.The kids’ room is nicely appointed- our daughters loved playing “school” with the chalkboard.The host is excellent- communication is quick! The main air conditioner unit wasn’t……

“The house has very nice accomodations. The place was clean and as described. The only complaine i have are the matresses in the bedrooms on the second floor were not comfortable. Other than that a very nice house.”

The large kitchen island with the bar stools and the the large couches in the living room gave us plenty of room to hang out together.The young adults really enjoyed the fuze ball table. Pretty neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The back yard was peaceful, and had a grill. We will definitely book in the future.”

“All in all it was a pleasant stay for my family and I. Plenty of space and good accommodations for the nightly rate it was listed at. The host was prompt in responding back to me in reference to my questions. For the price, a 7.5 or 8 out of 10 rating is well deserved. However, I will say to the host that the property has the potential to be a true hidden gem!! Only a few things stood out that I noticed.1. The cabinets in the kitchen needed a little attention.2. “This is a comfortable property in a safe neighborhood with a great host. ”

“We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one).”

“Percy, our host, was just awesome. His communications with us were great from very beginning to just before arrival with check-in instructions. He even allowed a change in arrival date from original reservation.The property was excellent and clean and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly. It gave us a comfortable place to relax and we all slept well both nights after the events surrounding my Mother's 100 birthday. Highly Recommended!”
