“We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but……

This house was super clean and had every thing we could possible need except for food. 7 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!!
